Arthur House is a 770-room residence for Canvas in Wembley Park. Our task was to not only create best in class amenities for this building, but to bring residents a series of spaces that create unforgettable moments, new experiences and an authentic London home for study. The main reception is an overture to the spaces beyond which encompass the key design pillars of Canvas Hope, discovery and energy. The design culminates with the club lounge staircase assent to our Podium Pavillion. Further post on this journey to follow!

We are delighted to have won the `Build to Rent/PRS` category for our Momento Hayes @momento_gs project at FX Design Magazine & Awards!
The shared amenity spaces are arranged across three floors, offering a range of environments for relaxing, co-working, collaborating, socialising and wellbeing to Momento Hayes’s creative community. A mix of collaborative and quiet spaces brings ease to co-working, while a series of lounges foster community interaction. Leisure options abound, with an extensive gym, music room, screening room, private dining room, bar and pool table. The pet-friendly development also offers a dedicated pet spa for dogs.

We’re now officially underway on the next phase of our Victorian Mission Church redevelopment in Brook Green.
Following Phase 1, which included our new office space, Phase 2 will focus on transforming the remainder of the building into four townhouses.
Each home is being carefully designed to preserve and celebrate the character and heritage of the original building.
